Introductory Consult

$250

An introductory sleep consultation is designed to help you understand and improve your sleep by taking a holistic look at your habits and environment. Just like a puzzle, sleep involves several interconnected pieces, such as where you sleep, when you sleep, and how you sleep. To ensure that you're getting the best rest possible, it’s essential to consider all of these factors, as they can significantly impact your sleep quality. During the consultation, we’ll explore your current sleep routine, assess your sleep environment, and discuss any lifestyle habits that may be affecting your rest. By putting all the pieces of your sleep puzzle together, we can create a tailored plan that sets you up for lasting success in achieving better, more restorative sleep. 

Sleep Log & Continued Support

$150/Session

Lasting change can take time! Continued support using a sleep log is a valuable tool in refining your sleep patterns and making informed decisions about your rest. By tracking details such as your sleep times, bedtime routines, wake-up routines, and any disruptions, we can identify trends and pinpoint specific factors that may be influencing your sleep. This log serves as a tangible record that allows us to make data-driven adjustments over time, whether that’s tweaking your environment, modifying your schedule, or introducing new habits. Regularly reviewing your sleep log together helps ensure that we stay on track and can fine-tune our approach for optimal sleep, ultimately leading to more effective and sustainable improvements. 

For Babies, Toddlers & Kids

Consultation with one week of follow up support

$450 (plus $100 for each additional child, fee does not apply to multiples)

  • New client intake form

  • 1-2 hour in-home or phone consult to discuss your current sleep challenges and what type of schedule and plan will work best for your family

  • Assessment of your child's sleep environment to ensure that it is both safe and conducive to sleep

  • Easy to follow customized sleep plan

  • 1 week of unlimited phone and/or email support. Guidance and follow-up support are key components to the success of any sleep plan

  • A brief discussion of what you can expect about future sleep transitions

Hourly Consultation

$150 per hour

  • Wee Sleep Solutions new client intake form

  • In home or phone consult where we will answer all of your sleep questions

  • Perfect for parents seeking advice on a particular area of sleep, or who feel their child's current sleep regimen could use some minor tweaks.

Refresh

$150 Per Hour

  • We are invested in our clients' success and want to provide you with support throughout your child's development. Whether you need help with nap transitions, moving your child to a bed or are undergoing lifestyle changes (a new home, travel, etc) a "refresh" session is the perfect way to ensure that sleep stays on track. If at any point in time you need support to enable you to maintain your child's healthy sleep, we are happy to schedule a time to connect.
